Permanent on-site bin:

• $22.00 per bin per month charge.

• Invoiced at the end of each month, with payment due the 20th of the following month

• Collection at a maximum of two per month without incurring additional collection costs

• Additional collection fee is charged at $6.00 for every collection requested over the two included collections per month

Casual rental:

• $22.00 per bin

• May keep this bin for up to two weeks

• Invoiced at the conclusion of the hire, with payment due within 7 days unless otherwise arranged

• Each bin swap incurs a new rental charge and the restart of the two-week period

• A causal rental extension will be charged at $6.00 per week for when the bin is held for longer than the initial two-week period

These bins can be left locked or unlocked on your premises. The bins will be securely locked while in transit and remain locked until documents are shredded on our site. You can be assured that your documents are secure and confidentiality in handling and disposal is always maintained.

• $1.25 per kg

• Applied to the net weight of documents removed from your site

• A minimum charge of $30.00 will apply on bins returned with less than 30kg content

• An average filled bin can weigh between 60-80kg. A maximum content weight could be around 120kg

• For bulk collections a $60.00 per hour applies to cases where our staff are required to be on site for more than half an hour to assist with document handling

• Will not be issued for a straightforward bin swap

• $20.00 - $25.00 service charge applies for collection of documents on a casual basis with no bin hire (depending on load size)

• Document destruction fee is additional to this
